Rachel invites you to join her weekly for Chakradance. – a journey of self-discovery to trust you are exactly where you are meant to be right now.

Through these sessions, you can move forward into shaping and creating a life that is full of courage, healing, beauty, wisdom, and love.

Chakradance is a powerful way to move and shift your energy, allowing blocks to surface and be healed. Chakradance combines the power of spontaneous dance and the wisdom of the chakra system to create healing like no other.

During Chakradance, we dance at our own pace, with our movements, to revitalize and renew our energy. Meditation and Mandala Art therapy are included as a beautiful complement to each Chakradance journey. Chakra dance helps to shift stagnant and blocked energy in our bodies and allows our energy to flow freely once more.
